    Items Stuck in INTRANSIT Status

    Hello,

Please be advised that for some reasons some items are showing INTRANSIT status despite staff discharging the item. One solution for this issue is to check out the item (I did so on my account) and then discharge the item. That should correct the issue of the item being stuck in the INTRANSIT status, and the item should accurately reflect that its proper status.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
